The PulseGrid mobile app is used by hospital staff whose accounts are approved by their hospital’s administrator. You can delete your PulseGrid account and the personal data tied to your login at any time, using either method below.
1. Delete from inside the app
This is the quickest way and needs no email:
- Open the PulseGrid app and sign in.
- Tap your account avatar (top right) → Settings.
- Choose Delete account & data and confirm.
Your login is removed and your access ends right away; the final cleanup of your data completes within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done.
2. Delete by email
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address you signed in with and we will process the deletion for you:
Please send it from your account email and include the hospital you work with, so we can verify the request. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your whitelist entry and the Google or Apple sign-in linked to it — the login itself (email, name, and role).
- Your access to your hospital’s workspace on PulseGrid.
- Your saved session on your device.
4. What is not deleted
PulseGrid stores clinical and operational records on your hospital’s behalf. Your hospital — not PulseGrid — is the controller of that data, so it is kept under the hospital’s own legal and medical-record obligations:
- Clinical, billing, and pharmacy records belong to your hospital and are retained by it.
- Where you are named in a record you created or edited — for example an expense entry or a salary adjustment — your name stays with that record for audit integrity.
- To have that data removed, your hospital must request it — see the For hospitals & partners tab above, or contact your hospital directly if you are an individual patient or staff member.
