1. Overview
pulse-grid is offered as a subscription-based Hospital Management System. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and when refunds may apply. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, as per the plan you choose. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, which is charged additionally at the prevailing rate. One-time setup, customisation, onboarding, training, or implementation charges (if any) are quoted separately.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us at mukund@pulse-grid.app or by using the cancellation option in your account.
- For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until then, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
- For annual plans, cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid term.
4. Refunds
Because the Service provides continuous access to software:
- Recurring subscription fees already paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has begun, as you retain access for the full period.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (for example, being billed twice for the same period) will be refunded in full once verified.
- Service-failure refunds: if we are unable to provide the Service due to a fault solely attributable to us, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected period, at our discretion.
- Setup / customisation / onboarding fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email mukund@pulse-grid.app from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of the Service pending resolution.
